Capture as you go
This is the bit other tax apps can't do.

Snap the till slip even with no signal.
In a parking basement. At a rural petrol stop. In an underground office. WhatsApp queues the photo on your phone — the moment you walk back into coverage, it sends. No app to open at the till. No "log me in." No network required at the point of capture.

Review on the dashboard
Once a month, sign in to taxkit.co.za/app — tap the WhatsApp magic link, no passwords. The dashboard gives you everything captured so far, and the chance to catch what you didn't photograph.
Catch what you didn't photograph
Upload your bank statement (CSV or Excel from FNB, Capitec, Standard Bank, ABSA, Nedbank, Bank Zero). TaxKit categorises every transaction, automatically matches them to receipts you've already photographed (so nothing is counted twice), and surfaces the deductions you'd otherwise miss — debit orders, fuel cards, subscriptions, anything that hit your account.
Fix what the AI got wrong
Tap any row, change the category, mark something as personal. TaxKit remembers your decisions — next month's Netflix line lands pre-marked as personal. You don't re-fix the same thing twice.
Switch tax years
If SARS asks about a prior year — pick it from the dropdown. All your history stays accessible, organised by South African year of assessment.
