- What does the free plan actually let me do?
- Capture everything — every receipt, every trip — forever. The dashboard shows full detail for the last 30 days and aggregate totals (with per-category breakdown) for anything older. Your data is never deleted. Subscribing unlocks the older detail and export.
- What is the founding rate?
- R300/year locked in for life, if you subscribe before 28 February 2027. After that, new subscribers pay R699/year. Founding members keep R300 as long as they stay subscribed.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes — from the dashboard. You keep access until the end of the year you've already paid for, then drop back to the free plan.
- How do I pay?
- PayFast handles billing — accepts most SA cards, Instant EFT, debit orders. Your card details never touch our servers.
- What does my accountant get?
- A branded PDF report plus two CSVs (receipts + mileage) with accountant-friendly columns. One click to email it to them with a cover note from you.
